I completely understand and sympathise with the challenges that come with sleepless nights and then as you see the sun rising, you are left wondering 'how on earth am I going to get through another day with next to zero sleep?'
I am based in Brisbane, Australia and here to offer a personalised approach and provide detailed advice and recommendations that are backed by science and evidence based methods. I will guide, support and be your cheerleader every step of the way until your baby is sleeping peacefully. Once you start implementing the plan, you'll keep a simple sleep log that creates a progress snapshot of your days and nights. This will allow me to offer ongoing support and consistent feedback to ensure progress is monitored, guided and refined along the way.
